WHAT IS THE FINAL PROJECT: 

• After you have actively participated in all the live classes of the course, the final project to complete your coaching certification process is to conduct a process of (at least) 6 coaching sessions with a client of your choice and send to us the audio recording of one of the sessions, to be evaluated.

DETAILS ABOUT THE SESSION YOU SHOULD RECORD AND SEND US: 

• The session you'll send us to be evaluated should be the 4th or 5th session of that process of (at least) 6 sessions with a client. 

• Like any coaching session, the recorded session should be about 60 minutes long. 

• We only need the audio recording of the session. You can record it with your phone recorder (Dictaphone on iphone). We don't need video.

DETAILS ABOUT THE CLIENT YOU SHOULD CHOOSE TO BE THE FOCUS OF THIS PROJECT: 

• The client must be an unknown person to you or, at least, a known person, but with whom you have never had great intimacy. For example: a friend of a friend, someone you just met somewhere, someone you met sometime in the past, but you don't know much about that person's life, nor do you have a relationship with them. 

• The client must be a person who does not know the coaching methodologies, let alone the methodologies of the World Coaching Organization, so that we can guarantee that what we are evaluating is your performance and not the client's collaboration (even if unconscious ). 

• We recommend, but it is not mandatory, that it would be a client with whom you are doing a pro bono process. 

• We recommend that the verbal confirmation that your client authorizes the recording is registered in the session audio.

THE 5 BASIC CRITERIA THAT WE ARE GOING TO EVALUATE ON YOUR RECORDED SESSION: 

• If you conduct the session mostly with open questions; 

• If you have rapport with your client; 

• If you respect your client's world map; 

• If you go through the 4 letters of ROSA throughout the session; 

• If you end the session with a clear and specific Action/Homework.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO SEND US THIS FINAL PROJECT: 

• The deadline for you to send us your final project without any additional cost is 1 year after the end of the course. 

• After 1 year you can still send the project at any time, but it will have an additional cost for you. 

• However, we recommend that you start now so that you can use the energy of the course to motivate you to achieve this fantastic goal, which is to finish your certification process. A coach who is an example to his/her clients, is a coach who achieves his/her own goals. So start now!

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER WE EVALUATE YOUR FINAL PROJECT: 

• If we believe that you have met the 5 basic criteria, your session will be approved and you will receive an email from us informing and asking for the information of your preferred address to where we will send your physical oficial certificate. 

• If we consider that your session needs to improve in order to be approved (which sometimes happens) you will receive an email from us with all the specific and detailed feedbacks about everything you need to improve in order to make a second successful recording. 

• If we consider that in the second recording the 5 basic criteria are still not met, you will be invited to repeat the course in the next edition as our guest, so that you can repeat your training and ensure that this time you are able to integrate the given material (this situation happens very rarely) . 

• Once you are approved you will receive your certificate :)

HOW TO SEND THE RECORDED SESSION TO US: 

• You can send the audio recording via WeTransfer, or

• You can send the audio recording by creating a file in your DropBox and then sending the link to us so that we can download it.

WHERE SOULD YOU SEND THE RECORDED SESSION:

At this point, 52.2% of our students deliver their certification project at some point after the end of the course, which is absolutely fantastic. With your help, we know that we will increase this percentage even more :) Now you just need to start!
