The business world is being organized around teams and team work more than ever, yet only some of those teams are well equipped to deal with the challenges thrown at them. This is our special welcome to all World Coaching Organization coaches to familiarize with the next big wave of coaching worldwide: team coaching. 

In short, we will take a leap with the core competencies of coaching and learn the basics of applying them in a team context by tackling these questions:

• What are the core competencies of a team coach?
• What is team coaching and how does it differ from other approaches?
• What could a team coaching process and session look like?
• We might even do a bit of a team coaching demo...

Your workshop hosts will be Certified Systemic Team Coach Pauliina and soon-to-be Certified Systemic Team Coach Anna-Riikka.
