This process is designed to boost your satisfaction and performance on any significant area(s) of your working life, e.g. self-leadership, motivation, time management and relationships. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a leader or a professional in your own area, we will be co-piloting through a process of professional growth by exploring where you are right now and working together towards what will serve you and your business best in the near and far future, your desires, your dreams, your needs, your fulfilment. You can expect your coach to be honest and direct, asking straightforward questions and using challenging and supporting techniques to help you move forward. You are expected to evaluate your own progress and make your best effort to reach your personally identified goals. Together we work to create more space for openness, intuition, expression and connection – for you to be the best version of yourself. Remember that the first time is always free, and you choose whether we take it from there! Coaching can be done in Finnish or in English, and the process can be paid in parts (just choose the invoicing option and we will get in touch with you).
