This workshop is part of GrowthLab, a space to try out new ways to train and facilitate in order to support people's growth. It is a creative laboratory designed to experiment and co-create together.

BECOME A MASTER OF LISTENING. In October's GrowthLab session we invite you to reflect on your listening skills and become more aware of how you listen to others. Our starting point is to assess our listening skills - the 3 levels of listening - and from there we will share with you some powerful techniques to become better at listening.

This GrowthLab session will be facilitated by our Master Coaches Anna-Riikka Hautala and Graham Honeywill.

As in every GrowthLab session, be ready to experiment and to work both individually and with your peers! To participate you will need your laptop, a reliable internet connection, notebook and your favorite pen, ideally headphones with a microphone and a calm space.
