This workshop is part of GrowthLab, a space to try out new ways to train and facilitate in order to support people's growth. It is a creative laboratory designed to experiment and co-create together. 

BUILD STRONGER CONNECTIONS THROUGH EMPATHY AND EMOTIONS. November's GrowthLab session is our invitation to you to start taking real advantage of the power of empathy and emotions. Eventually, we will help you to improve your ability to hold the space for people to safely express themselves without getting sucked into the drama. We will work our ways towards mastering emotions through exploring these key areas:

• Understanding my emotions: Notice when emotions arise in you
• Understanding empathy: When can empathy be bad/good for you? 
• Dealing with emotions and showing empathy towards others

Your workshop hosts will be Trainer and Coach Anna-Riikka Hautala and Trainer and Coach Pauliina Hallama.

As in every GrowthLab session, be ready to experiment and to work both individually and with your peers! To participate you will need your laptop, a reliable internet connection, ideally headphones with a microphone and a calm space. Please note that this workshop is 100% live and will not be recorded for any later use.  We accept a maximum of 20 participants in this workshop to keep it as engaging as possible.
