This workshop is part of GrowthLab, a space to try out new ways to train and facilitate in order to support people's growth. It is a creative laboratory designed to experiment and co-create together.

CONFIDENCE WITH COMICS & COACHING. In September's GrowthLab session you will review your experiences of the first half of the year (and your life in general) in order to ground yourself and to boost your self-confidence. This is a celebration workshop that combines the meaning of coaching and the fun of art. As a result of this workshop, you will have two visual reminders with simple comic drawings. One to keep for yourself as a "Self-confidence journal",  and the other to inspire others. 

And if you're wondering: "Do I need to know how to draw?"No worries, it is not about the drawings, it is about the intentions and self-reflections in a creative and purposeful way. 

Facilitators: Luis Bellido, an experienced coach with a special focus on combining coaching with creative visual tools, accompanied by Growthroom's Inka Rantanen, a change management and career coach.

As in every GrowthLab session, be ready to experiment and to work both individually and with your peers! To participate you will need your laptop, a reliable internet connection, notebook and your favorite drawing material, or pen/pencil, ideally headphones with a microphone and a calm space. Please note that this workshop is 100% live and will not be recorded for any later use.  We accept a maximum of 20 participants in this workshop to keep it as engaging as possible.
